I’m home!
Jul
Hi again! It’s good to be back at home, but I left a part of my heart there. We’ve been to Celyn Resort, Kundasang highland with mount Kinabalu view. What the great escape to have a quality time with family, away from crowded. Here’s some pictures to share; the views actually, not the faces *wink*

Beside our official duties, still I had time for crafting and replied some emails and calls regarding customer’s orders, believe it or not I’ve brought along my felt and some craft tools too. At least I had finished some of the baju kecil orders while we were there. I’ll upload the pictures later. Apart from that, here the pictures of some tools which I’ve been bought a few days back.

Some headbands, cotton fabrics, magnets from MS Craft Shoppe, polkadot sellotape, vintage buttons from local shop and fancy buttons from Studio Shoppe.
Happy weekend!

Finally I’ve completed my ausie button collection by bought the last pack from Button Planet. What can I say, I am crazy about buttons! Sometimes, my son and I will play together with all my buttons collection, mostly from Button Planet. He loves the teapot, train, jet, taxi, pencil and bug buttons! At the same time, it can stimulating his brain development through the various colors and shapes.

These cute daisies and magnetic snap buttons I bought from Yoonie Studio Shoppe. She also sells some kind of craft tools as well.

What’s this?…

I present you my Tools Roll!
I’ve got the idea from my hubby’s tools roll of his car. Using the same design, then I just manipulated the appearance. Combined applique and simple patchwork application.

Those alphabet are cut out felt appliqued (first time trial with machine sewn, not very neat I might admit) . Now all my sewing/craft tools are safe, easy to reach and assemble. I can just put them all together in my beg to mobile them everywhere.

I guess, I started to fall in love in patchworking..what a fun and enjoyable things to do, it’s a kind of puzzle solution to me. I planned to commercialize this tools roll in future, but need to survey the market first. Err…does anybody wants it anyway?…
