Try and error crocheting

Got inspired each time I saw crocheted flowers hairclips somewhere in the net like this. I told my self that one day I must give it a try and make my own crochet. So, yesterday I bought all the needs; hooked needle (what’s the name actually?) and threads. I asked my colleague, Kak Idah to teach me during lunch hour. So, at the end I finally truly can crocheting by myself. I am so excited!
Back at home then, I’ve turned them into a quite cute hairclips for my lil’ princess, Sufi…
And these japanese cottons I’ve bought from Kamdar.
Still in the process of getting use with this new hobby, I’ll update the picture later…

Wah, bestnye! Congratulations on learning to crochet hehehe.
The needles are just called crochet hooks. Kalau BM jarum la jugak kot.. Crochet is very versatile, macam2 boleh buat. Online pun so many free patterns.. Have fun!

salam..been a silent reader for quit sometimes at ur blog, but this one i’ve to leave a comment. i can’t resist ahah! first, those crocheted flower are so damn lovely! second… i also get my colleague to teach me crochet during lunch hour last friday! (learn the basic b4 tapi skill da kaput kene belaja balik) and third..my mission is to crochet the flowersssss too! before this i bought it online in bulk for my hairclip project. Rasa gatal lak tgn nak buat sendiri. I’ve been watching tutorial video at youtube (lots of them!) tapi biasalah hands-on ngn tok guru lagi bes hehe!

melor, ada tengok u punya crochet flower from ebay,cantik!ada gak jenjalan kat ebay tgk,masa tu tak reti lg nak crochet.mahal plak… skang dah tau skit2,tu pun dah syukur sgt.belajar sampai sakit tgn.tp yela, dah ada anak pompuan kan, tu yg semangat tu.cpt la upload, nak gak tengok lefthanded punya crochet,hehe…
