What I’ve been recently…

09
Apr

This website was not so stable recently, technically don’t know why. That’s the reason I can’t make new entry (What an excuse, padahal malas nak update). I have done a lot of crafty works actually. So I put most of them here, because I’m not sure when will I have a right time to make some new entry.

1. Double Layered Flower made from grosgrain ribbon. So sweet for shawl pin or a hairclip.

Rainbow colors. I used 16mm and 25mm plain grosgrain ribbon. Gorgeous kan?

Black & White hairclip theme…

Pink hairclip theme…

So retro…

2. Hanging Love for car charm.

Some of them…

More picture can be found in my facebook.

3. ID Card Holder version 2.0, a pending order.

 The body… made from felt.

The strap…

I guess enough for now, reserve the rest for next entry.

ID Card Holder eBook is now released

18
Dec

Finally I have decided to let go the secret of how to make my very own invention, the handmade fancy ID Card Holder to public. I have 3 reasons why I revealed this most wanted creation of mine so far.

  1. I felt very sorry for so many requests on this item which had been declined. So after this, try Do It Yourself.
  2. I wanted to share and inspire any one of you who interested or maybe admired my creation, specifically this Id Card Holder.
  3. Just want to earn some bucks since I’m on my unpaid leave, through this passion & humble talent on crafting.

It sells at RM12 per softcopy and will be sent through email. Please don’t say it mahal or what ever. I sell my very own genuine idea, okay! Not copying or taking any advantage from any other creations or characters from any where. Beside, one finished Id Card Holder can be sold at RM17-RM25, depend on the embellishments and material used. Of course you can sell you own handmade id card holder after this, just don’t resell the ebook, you know you shouldn’t.

If you wish to try it on your own, just fill up the form at my blogshop Tamu JajaKraf.

ID Card Holder Version 2.0

09
Sep

Even a craft needs research and development… My ID Card Holder has been upgraded!  Click here to see the older version of Id Card Holder. I have invented this handmade ID card holder some time in february last year. Here was the first post about it.

Nowadays, I discovered that quite a few crafters copied the same design, some with and without permission from me. As the times goes by, now I realized that I totally can’t stop anybody else to do the same crafts as mine. Maybe somebody needs to be inspired…

#1. The basic material. I used pvc instead of felt. So it’s more durable and long lasting. Once I have said that a UHU or hot melt glue didn’t work to pvc surface. But I have made some research to make it possible even with the hot glue. Trust me, the embellishment wont coming out as long as they not hardly pulled.

#2. A little bit different on the design. The pocket to insert the card has been transferred to the back.

#3. Ultrathin & ultralight compare to the older version (ayat kena gempak skit, hehe..)

Enjoy the rest of the pictures…

I love this one… especially the ribbon.

Gumballs. Horizontal style.

In the meadow…

More pictures at my facebook.

ID Card Holder

14
Mar

Happy Monday everyone!

I’m quite busy recently, and that’s the main reason why I can’t be so crafty. Busy managing the shop as well as the family and the day job matters. But sometimes, still I love to squeeze my little time finishing some customer’s orders, like when I took almost 3 weeks making these 12 ID Card Holders for Liana…

… and still I have to make a HP cozy for her as requested. Tomorrow I’ll show the result, no promise but I’ll try.

Ohya, I have uploaded even more new items to the Tamu but sorry that I can’t publish them all here. There are ribbons, buttons, appliques… and 1 thing that I sure you guys might be interested in, is the 200++ Pattern Templates that I have been using all these while for making keychain, hp charm, hairclip etc… it’s truly handmade, not downloading or copying or something… Some of you asked for it and now you got it!

Have a good days ahead!

New creation: Badge clip

16
Dec

Introducing my new creation, Bow Badge Clip for id card holder…

This new simple idea of JajaKraf is to diversify the id card application style apart from the id card’s neck strap style like I have been made before. Lets have a look even more details…

The bow made from 1 inch grosgrain ribbon and attached to the above metal-plastic clip.

The first trial, with beads…

At last, I decided to make it without beads…

Flowers…

Stripe and polkadots…

Back view…

Those 6 pieces above will be given to 3 best commentators of this entry. Yes, when there’s a new creation, there’s a giveaway from me. Say anything you like, but I tend to pick the best interesting comment. Winners will be announced on Monday, 20th Dec 2010.

Mounted keychains

27
Oct

Introducing another type of keychain from JajaKraf, the mounted keychain! Called it mounted as it’s harden with cardboard inside. Almost the same with hair barrette’s how-to-make process.

I love green…

The king & queen of the heart…

Love my beautiful day!

Made them for my first craft module, for my first craft workshop. Just want to give some fresh idea to my previous keychains range.

And a sneak preview of the module in the making process. Complete instructions, no brief, clear pictures and easy to follow. Made for beginner for sure.

Last but not least, 2 id card holders for my friend, Zarina.

Thanks for browsing!
