Mixed & Matched…
Jan
These past few days, I have struggled to fill the shop with some ready made items for sale. Quite simple & easy though, but still can be considered as handmade and touched by me. Here are some of them…
New creation of mine called Fancy Chained Brooch. The idea has pop-up into my mind in early morning, I have been thinking of it critically. And in the afternoon, I rushed to the hardware shop nearby and bought a cute & handy drill because this idea will only work with it. Forgot to take picture of the drill, but I will next time.
All items provided by the shop like hole-buttons, flatback buttons, shank buttons, my favorite 3D flower beads, brooch pin bar and jump ring, except the hot glue gun, drill & pliers of course. I just love & getting even more excited with the out comes. With the same technique, I plan to make bracelet & earring after this.
This is how the brooch might looks like with the tudung.
I also made some rings, just attach the flower cabochon to the antique ring base. Simple & easy but practically beautiful into my eyes.
Not least, some fancy earstuds with the combination of flatback button & iron earstud. Some of my walk-in customers asked for these kind of accessories, that’s why somehow I managed to supply to the demand.
Enjoy the rest of the pictures…
My cute lady shoe earstud display…
… and tadaa!!! My modified dressing table to be a display rack.
Thanks to my dear husband for helping me with the make-over. I used the Roses Sticker to have a bit touch of english design.
By the way, a lot of new items had been installed to the shop. And even more pictures on my FB.

My first needle book
Mar

Being me, almost most of the times I tended to create-it-on-my-own-style when it comes to something which is everyone-doing-it thing. For example, this needle book I have made recently with hard covered to avoid any pricking by the needles.

It has 2 sheets with 4 different colors pages.

And fastened with a Velcro tape.
Also, last weekend I really have some fun making these…

What about 28?
Mar
28? What about it? It’s just a number! But now it’s not only just a number, it’s me that turned 28 today. Happy birthday me!!! How time flies… 1stly, I want to show my birthday gift from my hubby. A t-shirt!

It’s not just only an ordinary t-shirt for me , it’s JajaKraf’s custom t-shirt! Really surprised of it. Now let’s see even up close…

See? My header’s tag line (Crafting… the expression of myself), my trademark (JajaKraf.Com) and my url (www.jajakraf.com) had engraved on it, with my favorite font indeed, and I love the color as well. Oh, how happy I’am! I will gazette it as JajaKraf’s official attire then. Thanks abang.. love you! Muah! Muah!
Ok, enough about that. Now, go to my main point. On this day, I want to give away something as my gratitude to God for another number of age He gave me. It’s not much, it’s just this…

Myke totebag! Also, I made a flower brooch from the same fabric for the complement.

I only need your comment about which one of my creation that you like the most. My Gallery stores all the products. Please pick 1 and talk anything about it. I rather for a critics if it could help to improve JajaKraf’s performance in the next. Actually, my reason is just to know how my craft’s doing so far, that’s all. And it would really appreciated if you post about this entry on your blog that linked back here, and I’ll entered your name twicely for that. I’ll pick and announce the winner on this coming Friday (20.03.2009). Only 5 days to go!
I’ll be a better man, I wish…
